Children registered for the morning session need to be picked up on time due to registration requirements. Children registered for the afternoon sessions will only be allowed to enter the nursery at 1pm due to registration requirements.
Funded Hours
The way your funded hours are allocated will depend on the type of contract you have opted for; term time Only or Stretched Funding.
Term time only children will be allocated funding for 38 weeks per year. All eligible parents/carers will be allocated 15 funded hours per week for those 38 weeks. If your child is on a full year contract, then all funded hours will be stretched over the full year. This means eligible parents/carers will receive 11 hours of funding per week for 51 weeks per year. Extended Hours If parents/carers are eligible for the extended 15 hours of funding; these extra hours will either be stretched or allocated for term time only dates depending on your contract. For those accessing stretched funding this will mean 22 hours per week for 51 weeks per year, and for term time only children this will be 30 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.
